On behalf of the family I would like to say what an amazing trip we had.

You were extremly helpful and got everything so well sorted for us and this made the trip so much more enjoyable and such an incredible experience. When we had the little hiccup with the size of our luggage you were so helpful and you got onto Kirker quickly who sorted the problem out pronto. I also have to say that dealing with Kirker and the hotels that you suggested we stay at was another highlight of the trip. In our rooms every new Hotel there was a bottle of something special for the kids as well as us. The Hotels were well situated and extremly clean. The Concierge of the Splendid Hotel , the San Luca Palace Hotel as well as the Marcella Royal could not have been more helpful. All this was your suggestion of hotels and they were amazing. Thank you.

With regards to the transfers and dealing with Kirker and their drivers etc – its was such a professional company to deal with and they were always on time and their representatives always went the extra mile – especially Mario in Venice, Leonardo in Florence and Michael in San Gim. Please mention these names to Kirker as they went above and beyond.

In fact I would like to send Pam an email – please forward her email address to me so I can also thank her personally. The upgrades were also really appreciated and the size of the rooms was to be noted as well – nice and spacious.

I am so happy that we went with all your suggestions about the hotels as they went above and beyond every time. Kirker were amazing and always there to help if need be.

Thank you for making our holiday such an amazing experience – one that will stay in our memories FOREVER.

A huge thank you for orchestrating a fabulous trip. Cape Town was a whirlwind of great food and wine, magnificent scenery and vegetation. We really packed it in.
Our Sabi Sabi guide was outstanding. Mike. He has been there with his wife for about five years. Extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves what he doing. We were thrilled that a private guide came with the villa. We saw a huge variety of animals and in large numbers. We checked off The Big Five and much more.
The Federal Air flight and terminal were excellent. It was interesting to be flying lower than a big jet so you could see the terrain.
Hotel was perfect: room, service, breakfast, dinner, location.

Just to thank you for our Monaco trip – was excellent .
Selection of restaurants was superb.
And the tour guide was FANTASTIC – her knowledge was brilliant.

We had a fantastic time, all went well thanks to your organising. The Waldorf Astoria in Amsterdam was perfect, a lovely room, pleasant staff and a delicious Michelin star restaurant. The Ritz in London seemed a little 'dusty' and old fashioned after the WA, the bathrooms are small, old and need refurbishing but the service and staff are first class. London was full of beautiful flowering window boxes, interesting exhibitions and fantastic unaffordable shops.

Just to let you know I made it without any more incidents.

All the stand-by arrangements and assistance with Turkish Airlines was spot on. We didn't have to ask or complain about anything. You can/may use them in future without any doubts. Thanks again in assisting us with this issue and making it a relatively painless change in the program. We have once more realised how nice it is to deal with somebody like you who is always there to deal with difficult situations.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Sugarbird Villa. Everything worked perfectly and when we had some problems the service was fast and everything was fixed so smoothly. We found the alarm a bit hard to work at Sugarbird, it was hard to see if the blue lamp was on from the top of the drive way. Otherwise - such a lovely house. Much better than it looked on the pictures.

We had a fabulous time... It was everything we wanted from a holiday and we truly thank you for all your hard work in sorting it out for us.

The Protea Hotel in Nelspruit was lovely and when we arrived our rooms were not ready so they upgraded us to a suite!…
Both safari lodges were really lovely and we had a totally different experience at each one. The safaris were great and we saw all the animals and most of them with little cubs/babies! The last lodge at Thonga Beach was amazing.... I could not recommend it highly enough... we had activities during the day and we even went into a small village and went into the school and met the little children.... totally humbling! The food there was exquisite and staff fantastic...

I will definitely be recommending your holidays to my family and friends so look out for more bookings!

Got back last night from the most wonderful trip to Namibia. Everything worked like clockwork and can’t speak too highly of Wilderness as a company. Only slight disappointment was the somewhat tatty state of Little Kulala – not a premier lodge in my opinion. The Olive Suites, Hoanib, Serra Cafema and Little Ongava were each superb in their own way.

Thank you for your assistance with the planning of our Mauritius holiday. Everything was seamless and we had the most wonderful time!

We found St Regis to be a fabulous resort. Wonderful meals, varied restaurants and incredible sports facilities. We made use of the spa, watersports and pool area a lot. The butler service was something new to us and was really a treat.
